Celebrating Connection: Join Our Palentine’s Day Yoga Flow

While February is often synonymous with rose petals and romantic dinners, there is another kind of love that deserves the spotlight: platonic love. The kind of love found in late-night phone calls, shared laughs, and the community we build on our yoga mats.

This year, we’re inviting you to skip the traditional pressure of Valentine’s Day and join us for something more inclusive. Join Allie for our special Palentine’s Day Flow on February 13th at 7:30 AM.

Why Celebrate Palentine’s Day on the Mat?

Yoga is, at its core, about union. While we often focus on the union of mind and body, the practice also connects us to the people moving beside us. Our Palentine’s Day Flow is designed to:

  • Foster Community: Meet new friends or deepen existing bonds in a supportive environment.

  • Open the Heart: Allie will lead a heart-centered sequence (Anahata Chakra focus) to encourage compassion and gratitude.

  • Start the Day with Joy: There’s no better "morning brew" than a 7:30 AM flow that leaves you feeling uplifted and connected.

Whether you’re bringing your best friend, a coworker, or showing up solo to meet your "mat neighbors," everyone is welcome!

How to Prepare

Wear something that makes you feel bright and comfortable. If you have a friend who has been curious about yoga, this is the perfect low-pressure class to introduce them to the practice.
